I would need to know exact specs to be sure such as input voltage. But the basic things you are likely to need to change based on the datasheet equations:
1. UVLO resistors possibly depending on your input voltage.
2. Vout and Ron resistors for your output voltage level and to adjust the switching frequency. I would not go over about 400kHz for a 10A application.
3. The inductor will need a saturation current rating well above 10A and you may want to use a lower value.
4. The FETs will need to be changed to something with much lower Rds(on).
But if it helps you can refer to PMP8016 (you can find it in the TPS92641 product folder under tools/software) which is a single LED 20A application. You could start with that and just scale down. You could even just change the current sense resistor value for the lower current.
That would be a good FET to use, but it would not fit the EVM footprint. You could probably cluge it on. You will have to cluge the inductor as well most likely since I do not think you could get enough current rating in an inductor of that size. But yes, that is correct. You will need to change the Vout resistors as well which affects switching frequency.
