I would like to ask you about Cff of TPS7A7100.
In the pin function in datasheet, Cff is recommended 220pF.
But in 6.5 Electrical characteristics, RGB package is recommended 0pF.
In case of using RGB package, Should I use 0pF for Cff using RGB package?

I believe you meant the RGW package rather than RGB:
The 0pF Cff specifies the value used in testing of the RGW package electrical characteristics.
In the case of both RGW and RGT, TI highly recommends using 220pF Cff. If the output capacitor is 47uF – 200uF, then at least a 220pF Cff becomes required.
