LM22675MRX-ADJ/NOPB Slow start-up time

Hi,

Do you have a limit for the start-up time for LM22675MRX-ADJ/NOPB device. The datasheet is not clear as it states “soft-start in about 500us”. It looks as though the start-up time of this batch of devices is significantly slower than we seen before, this results in the processor not starting correctly.
