Hello team , my customer VNL is looking for a non isolated LED driver

PLease help me as they are planing to freeze the schematic by tomorrow

We don't have many low input voltage boost LED drivers. The closest I know if would be the LM3410, but you may not be able to get a full 1.2A out of it at 3V input due to the current limit.

We can change the configuration of the LED , to make them connect in parallel
now the current output required would be doubled , voltage being halved

Can this be addressed by any TI solution

It would still be the same output power but you would then need a buck-boost if they are in parallel. The only boost I am aware of with a high enough current limit and low enough input voltage is the LM2700. You could probably configure that as an LED driver but it would not be very efficient with the 1.26V feedback voltage. But I will forward this to another team that does LED drivers in case they have a better suggestion I am not aware of.

Look at the TPS61500. This can probably do this.
