TPS1H100-Q1 TSH,threshold is 175C.
Also, TPS1H100-Q1 Tj(max) is 150C.
If the device done the thermal shut down, is the device guaranteed ?
Or should the customer replace it to new device?
Also, is the TSD function guaranteed after thermal shutdown ?
