UCD9222 output issue

Dear Tiers,

pls help to look into below queries

After we load the code to the Ti's  UCD9222 using fusion design tool , we  didn't get  output on both rails of the UCD7242,

and also the PWM output of UCD9222 are  only high signal for both rails

Please refer the screen shot of the fusion design tool output for both rails  at online mode.

    Hi Syed,

    Could you attach the screen shot of Fusion GUI Monitor window, Status Window, and Configuration Window to help analysis.

    Besides, as you said the PWM output of UCD9222 are keep high, so what is the specific voltage value?
    Have you check whether the output capacitor is shorted to ground? Considering there is no output.
    And you could monitor the waveform of SW Node of UCD7242 during start up, to check whether there is output voltage at start up.
