bq20z90 Calibration CC Gain and CC Delta floating point format??

I have been looking at the reading/writing the bq20z90 Calibration SubID 104 section and the CC Gain and CC Delta state that they are 4-byte floating point format. What exactly is the floating point format? It does not appear to be IEEE-754 and I even looked at an older TI app note thinking it may be Xemic format, but does not appear to be that either.

What is this format, and does anyone have the algorithm or example how to convert from PC (IEEE-754) floating point to the 4-byte sent/read from the bq20z90?
