Our customer is using UCC28070-Q1 for charger application,following phenomenon(1 to 4) is found.
1.When AC input is around 230V and PFC is enabled, multiplier gain change from LVL8 to LVL7.
2.After multiplier gain changed,PFC output voltage rise and OVP(VSENSE > 3.18V) is detected and then PFC stop.
3.If AC input indactance is high,AC input voltage rise at above PFC stop.
4.AC over voltage protection of charger become active.

Is above 1-2 phenomenon normal operation?

They wouldn't like to be operated OVP caused by this gain changing.
