According to the reference manual:
The bq34z950 enters SLEEP mode when the following conditions exist: • (|Current| ≤ 10 mA) AND (SMBus is low for 5 s) AND ([SLEEP] bit is set)
Evaluation if this fuel gauge over the last couple years has consistently shown that this timer is closer to 30s, which is causing quiescent concerns in the application.
Can someone please verify the reference manual vs. actual operation?
