The TI bq78350-R! Technical Reference Document, on Page 53, states: During cell balancing, the bq78350-R1 measures the cell voltages at an interval set in Cell Balance Interval.

Does the Cell Balancing Interval determine how often the cells are balanced or are they always balanced every 250mS for as long as the balancing criteria are met?

The Cell Balance Interval is the interval at which the gauge measures the cell voltages to determine whether cell balancing should continue or be adjusted. Cell balancing continues to occur real time.

Then How is it different from 250mS voltage measurement? In datasheet it says 250mS is divided into 20 parts out of which 14 parts will be balancing, 1 part is rest and 5 parts is measuring 5 cells of each group. Where will this 250mS measurement is effective?

And what is 'Ts' and 'Vreg' in Cell Balancing plot?
