Changing offered values LM5022 Cout, M, D

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5022

Hello,

We have a design with lm5022 using webench. from this design we would like to replace three of the offered components, And we are not sure if this change will affect two of the parameters: Efficiency? or will be safe enough (operating ranges)? this based on the specific design parameters as bellow and attached:

Vin=10-22v, Vout=27v, Iout=1.7A. for each of the three Cout, M1, D1:

1. Cout as offered from webench: 39uF, Ripple current mAr.m.s.=3.8A, ESR Max= 25mOhm, tan d ✽3= 0.12 , LC (μA)=390.

Cout we would like to use instead: 39uF, Ripple current mAr.m.s.=2.8A, ESR Max= 30mOhm, tan d ✽3= 0.12 , LC (μA)=273.

both polymer aluminum.

2. M1 - the offered mosfet is a Vds=40v when the output of the circuit is 27v, we would like to use a mosfet with max Vds=30v, assuming rest of the parameters are similar (rdson, Q total, T, Ets'), and assuring the Vin will be no more than 30v. is it safe enough?

3. D1, webench offered a 100v, 10A diode, we would like to use a 30v, 3A  with lower vf, is that safe enough?

Thank you in Advance,
