I checked the parameters carefully and found that most of the parameters were the same.

Hello,

Both devices operate similarly with minor differences, these being the following:

The maximum System voltage regulation on the bq24296M is VBAT+70mV (vs. VBAT + 150mV on the non-M version).
The bq24296 includes BATFET latch off during overcurrent events.
The default precharge current value on the bq242906M is 128mA (vs. 256mA on the bq24296).
