Posting this on customer behalf:
We are using the LP5912 LDOs and are having a potential issue with blowing the regulators. So far two boards have blown the 3.3V LP5912 and the device stops regulating and is allowing 5V straight through to the 3.3V rail. One of our Engineers found that one of the NC pins is tied to 5V and should be tied to ground. We will be changing this is in the next revision, but what are the implications of having pin 2 tied to 5V? Could this be the cause of failure?
