Program the ROM file to the bq30zxx and bq40zxx Family of Gas Gauges

I couldn't find any similar document for bq30zxx/bq40zxx gas gauges. Similar concepts can be applied to bq30zxx/bq40zxx as bq20zxx using bqStudio instead of bqEVSW.

If I find any SLUA379E similar documents for bq30zxx/bq40zxx, I will let you know.

The TRM explains the calibration steps and how to write to the flash memory but not to load a full golden ROM file, we want to automate that process for production, the SLUA379E for the bq20zxx family describes the step by step algorithm to do the programing using any other programming languaje, that worked well for those fuel gauges but not sure if it will work for the other bq30, bq40 gauges.

I'm currently working with the  bq30z554-r1, but want to have the option to load the ROM file to any gauge we use as we can to the bq20zxx gauges.

As I mentioned to Sammi, we want to fully automate writing the ROM file to the gauges, we have it for the bq20zxx based on the SLUA379E, I believe the algorithm for the other families may be different but have no information to compare or build a new tool for those gauges.

please let me know any findings.

Can you do a hex dump of the data flash using bqStudio and follow the guidlines in http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua743/slua743.pdf to program the data flash?
