I am confused that The diode between G-D of the P MOSFET is unidirectional.

Why is it not bidirectional?

Does This PMOS have other difference with normal PMOS?

This diode is a gate ESD protection diode, this part works the same as a std pch device.

Integrated ESD Protection Diode specifications are:
– Rated >4 kV HBM
– Rated >2 kV CDM

This CSD23381F4 device ESD protection is unidirectional , if bi directional is a requirement then you could use the CSD23382F4 , which is pin compatible. The CSD23382F4 has lower resistance but the trade off as with any bi-directional ESD protection is that the gate leakage current is much higher at 10uA vs 50nA for the CSD23381F4
