Thank you for your response.
Customers are concerned about the following sentences in the data sheet.
''Enable input control. Active high and must be pulled up to enable the device.''

Because the EN terminal is pulled down,10kΩ is not strictly required.
Is my understanding of this correct?
Please tell me if there is any concern when not insert pull-up resistor.

Yes the EN pin is internally pulled down. I know for a fact that we have designed circuits with similar devices without a pull up on EN. I do not remember why we included it on the TPS563209 EVM as that work was done a couple years ago. I have not worked with TPS563209 since as our group no longer supports it.
