Hi Sir,

Actually, our main usage is for 24V +/- 10% which means 26.4V could be the maximum input consideration, which beyond the rating of 24V now.

May I know CSD97395Q4M can suitable our application? please kindly suggest adequate part for us and we will design it cautiously to circuit, thanks.

    The maximum you are highlighting are the maximum recommended operating conditions, the absolute max is 30V. As such it may be possible to use this device in your application but you must stay within absolute maximum ratings, most likely you will need an external snubber to keep the switch node ringing within these ratings.
