Hi,

one of my customers is having an issue with the TPS53819 demo board:

He first used it with no load, and then 2-3A load. After turning on and off several times the Vout changed from 1.2 to 1.32V. After that he tried to connect it to his computer to check it bur got following error:

An error occured while trying to detect a PMBus device. The error was:

Could not find a Texas Instruments part number within the DEVICE_ID parameter that this program supports. DEVICE_ID contained ''. bei TIDP.PMBus.PMBusDevice.l(String A_0) bei TIDP.PMBus.PMBusDevice.l(SMBusAdapter A_0, DeviceScanAddresses A_1) bei TIDP.PMBus.PMBusDevice.l(ai A_0, IEnumerable`1 A_1, ar A_2) bei TIDP.PMBus.PMBusDevice.l(ak A_0) bei TIDP.PMBus.WinForms.Forms.a.n0()

Please check your device firmware, power, and USB connection.

What could be causing this and how can he fix it?
