I am getting failure report in CISPR 25 conducted emission test.

below is the schematic of the design.

kindly suggest the suitable filter/ solution for this . below image is the result of the test conducted.

Is that input or output? I'm not sure how to interpret that graph. Can you tell me explicitly which frequencies you are concerned with?

the band of my concern is 150KHZ to 108MHz.
And we are facing issue in conductive emission, in input.
lines in Blue and Brown are the limits in the graph, and emission spikes are going beyond that.

I can't really make out your graph, but 150 kHz to 108 MHz appears to be the entire frequency spectrum. Can you tell me which specific frequencies are a concern? If you could get a high resolution image such as PDF and then point out the specific frequencies I can make some suggestions.

Blue one and dark brown color bars are the limits, but emission spikes are going up. As you can easily see in the image.
how to reduce the emission below these limits.
