Can LM5041 be used under Vin=Vcc=10～15V?

I believe LM5041 can be used under Vin=Vcc=10～15V because of the following description.
Is my understanding correct?



I found the datasheet also shows operating ratings is Vin=15～90V, so I would like to confirm just in case.
