VSYS short test, Is BQ24295 no protection function??

Could you please help to reply protection action.

1.When VBUS only (without Battery) , Short Vsys to gnd.

BQ24295 will input limit, Right??


 
2.When BAT only (without USB input) , Short Vsys to gnd

What's protection action??
 
3.When VBUS+BAT , Charge mode. Short Vsys to gnd
What's protection action?? 

 
4. As SPEC has description,When sys pin short or over load,Internal BATFET will turn off,What kind of condition for entering this protection step??

    To your first question:

    I am looking at finding you an answer. 

    To your second question:

    If Vsys is shorted to ground with only a Battery attached, and exceed the device's system over-current limit (labeled as IBATFET_OCP in the datasheet). This will latch off the BATFET until the battery is detached/reattached, or a good power source is applied to VBUS.

    To your third question:

    If Vsys is shorted to ground with a Battery and VBUS attached, the device will disable the converter. This shuts off the converter and Q4, and you will need to again reapply power to VBUS to restart the converter/charging.

    I will get back to you when I have the information on the VBUS only case.
