No Charge or Discharge on BQ20Z655-R1

I have set up my BQ20Z655-R1 through the bqEVSW how I think the settings should be, but I am not getting at charge or discharge out of the device. The CHG line is high, but my DSG line is low. Here is what I'm seeing on the bqEVSW. Also my .gg is attached. Could someone help me out? What am I missing?
