High power solution

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27210, LM25037

Hi all.

I would like to know the following high power solutions.

・Case 1
Vin=10V~60V
Vout=19V
Iout=14A(max)

・Case 2
Vin=8V~48V
Vout=19V
Iout=14A(max)

I think the solution can not be realized by nom-isolated DC/DC because of about 400W.
So please tell me the device that can realize and circuit constitution.

    I have asked on of our engineers to take a look a the reference designs available for your applications. Do you require isolation or non-isolated designs ?

    If it is possible by non-isolated DCDC solution,I would like to use it.
    But the solution is very high power, so I think It is not pssible.
    But either DCDC have no problem.

    Does the spec require isolation due to safety concerns?

    If not, you can achieve higher-power capability by means of interleaving. Please reach out to non-isolated group for specific part recommendation.

    If you do have isolation requirement, please check out LM25037 which can be used to implement several double-ended isolated topologies such as half bridge, push-pull and full bridge. It is also able to accommodate your input range. Full bridge should fit your application. LM25037 has integrated gate drivers but in case you need more driving capability, you can check out UCC27210/1.
