E2e,

I need to know what the logic levels are for the Von pin on the TPS22990 for any supply voltage. Also, is the internal discharge resistor protected? Is there a load Capacitance that could burn it out?

Hi WhiteHorse,

The device is guaranteed to be on when the voltage on ON is above 1.2V and guaranteed to be off when the voltage is below 0.5V.

Because the QOD resistance is only 218Ω, a 5V output would only put 23mA across the resistor. The device can sustain this current for most, if not all, load capacitances. Is there a capacitance value you had in mind for your application?

There will be no issues with 20uF as an output capacitance.
