Hi to all,

Could someone tell me what frequency works the internal charge pump of the TPS2412 ?

I have some trouble during EMC qualification and I suppose is the the TPS2412, but I don't find the frequency of switching.

Could you please let me know at what frequency band you are experiencing deviation in EMC tests.

thanks for your cooperation .

I have found one line about 150MHz : I suppose it could be a ringing about 50MHz.

If I turn-off the TSP2412 (and short circuit the N mos) this line drops down.
