I am not sure what you mean by pin rating. The current rating of the package is 200A (a function of the bond wires connecting the source pin to the silicon die) and the silicon current rating is 272A.

what I mean by pin rating is : The limit on max current for the D2PAK package, (not the silicon current limit) , the package has current limit which should be stated in the data sheet, beyond this current limit heating of the lead frame will cause the legs to melt.

I thought this was answered, I apologize. The package limit is clearly stated on the datasheet to be 200A. It is not so much that the legs will melt at this current, but the wires do run the risk of fusing, and long operation above this current range can impact the long term reliability of the device. 

This is the highest package current 3 pin device on the market to my knowledge, because of the number of bond wires we have connected from the source post to the silicon die. We are generally more conservative then our competitors with our we rate package currents.
