Could you pls have some information how to test OVP withstand voltage of USB and IN for BQ24160?

It is better to have simple test procedure.

    Hello Ian,

    If you have a diode available, connect 5V power to IN/USB through the diode.  Then quickly touch (or use a switch to) attach the higher voltage that you plan to attach (<20V abs max rating).
