we have produce 50 pcs tps23753, and found 2 pcs TPS23753 & net transformer been burned when hot plug. could u kindly help to review my schematic is OK? thanks a lot!

Hi Ryan,

I am unable to open the image of the schematic. Can you attach a PDF instead? Also when you say 'net' transformer, do you mean data transformer or power transformer? Also is there any other components damaging on the board? Thanks!

Hi Ryan,

I'm assuming it is the power transformer that is damaging since this is what is in the schematic you attached. Do you have datasheet we can reference for the power transformer? Or do you know the specific reference design this schematic is based from that has this transformer part? The transformer does not look familiar and I am unable to find a datasheet online. Thanks!
