Hi, all.

Do you have any result of terminal open/short test for TPS53318 and TPS53319?

The terminal open/short test is for checking whether the device causes any serious problem (Catching fire or smoke) or not when the device any pin is opened or short between any two adjacent pins.

I am inquiring into it. But I doubt that we have it. Would a theoretical prediction of likely fault result be sufficient (not actual test data)? QFN package likely requires special test board for open short testing.
