TPS63060: TPS63060 - Do you have "Average inductance current limit(ISW) vs Operating free air temperature range(Ta) graph"?

Hi Team,

I understand that ISW depends on "Input voltage" and “TA” but the ISW of datasheet is a characteristic at “TA=25℃” only.

Is my understanding correct?

If yes, our customer would like to know “ISW vs Ta Graph”.

Could you please let us know if you have any information?

  • In the electrical characteristics table the parameters are tested over the whole "operating free-air temperature range": from -40°C to 85°C. Only typical values are at TA=25°C.
Also Isw stays between 2A and 2.5A over the temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
I understand the sentence above the table is quite confusing, thanks for notifying, we will make it more clear in the next update of this datasheet.
  • Hi Sabrina-san,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I understand. Thank you very much.
