Tool/software: Starterware

I have BQ500410EVM board and EV2300 tool. Would you have the BQ500410 EVSW program? I need the tool that can monitor the charge voltage/ current/ Signal Strength/ Charge Status and temperature. How I can start learning it? I will program a MCU to get the charge informations by I2C bus. Thanks.
