I have a simple question about DCR sensing section. (regarding equation (21) and (22))

How can you calculate the above equations? (How to calculate from (21) to (22)?)
I understand the Acs_dcr is the gain of current amplifier. However I would like to know the process of that calculation.(What is 12.5kohm and 1.25kohm?)
