BQ20Z95: Part number not found

Part Number: BQ20Z95

When I connect my battery to the EV2300 and start to run the program my only choices for parts are bq20z75. I was looking for the software to update my current software to include 

the Bq20z95 but could not locate on the website. Any help would be appreciated. Iam using a XP machine.
