Hi Tateo,
One possible reason is R19 is used to slow down the turn-on of low-side FET to reduce the voltage spike on switching node, because during low-side FET turn-on, the gate current is drawn from Vcc bypass cap (C6).
To play safe, I think you can keep the placeholder for R19 and set its value to 0ohm in your design.
