LM5116: Does LM5116 have about from ENA pin enable to HO output time?

Hi Bob,

After EN goes high, there is around 200us delay before the first HO pulse comes. And the time below constitutes the delay:

1. IC configuration delay: this is the time between EN goes high and SS starts increasing.
2. Charge time for SS offset voltage: SS should accumulate around 120mV before the error amplifier can output some current to source into COMP.
3. Charge time for COMP offset voltage: COMP should be larger than 1V, otherwise PWM comparator cannot output an effective high level signal to turn on high side FET. It takes time for COMP to be charged up.
