Hi,

Could you tell me about TPS55330 AGND and PGND?
Is the AGND and PGND internally connected?

    Hi Yusuke-san,

    The AGND and PGND are not connected internally so they must be connected on the PCB. The best way to connect them is to tie each pin directly to thermal pad. The PGND pin is connected to the source of the internal power MOSFET. The AGND pin is the ground return for the circuits connected to the pins VIN, EN, SS, SYNC, COMP, FB and FREQ.
