If TI has suitable DDR solution which can support -40。C~70。C? RD has surveyed TPS51216, but temp. was over 86。C. Thank you.

I dont support this part directly, just confirm the question with you.

Do you mean RD tested 51216 and got 86C TC( case temprature) based on 70C TA (ambient temprature)? if yes, did you estimate the Tj based on the TC?

TI has LP2998 which has operating junction temp between -40C and 125C. Please see if this part will work for your design.

Hello Michael,

Customer would like to VDDQ Power rail Solution not VTT . Do we have other suggest solution ? Or if customer use TPS51216 and TPS51200 to implement these power rails will help thermal issue? Thank you.

If you are just looking for VDDQ then most any buck can be used. What is Vin, Vout and Iout that you require?
