TLC59208F: I2C and Power dissipation

1- I tried to calculate the power dissipation of the TCL59208F when driving several LEDs. I'm missing somes informations like the Switching MOSFET's Dissipation, PWM consumption. In my calculation, I have included the supply current, maximal current per ouput (around 40mA for 4 channel), and a low SDA (30mA @Vcc 5V). Is it close enough ?

2- Low level output current is 30mA max on the recommended operating condition p 5/37. A bit further, the same low level output current is mentionned at 30mA min. What current should I used to the calculate the pull-up SDA resistor ?

You calculation is close and you can also use the following equation from TLC5947 datasheet for reference:

I believe there maybe a mistake for IOL in section 7.5 Electrical Characteristics. And you can refer to TLC59116EVM for reference(http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slvu367/slvu367.pdf) as following:
