BQ76940EVM: BQ76940 - Over Life what kind of errors occurs in ADC's and can they be corrected?

The d/s only gives temp/voltage variations. it does not spec the HTOL or 'aging information. However, engineering lab data suggests, with an accelerated temp of 125C, the ADC nominal shift of 10-12mV over 600Hrs( that's ~ 10years of product life) can be expected.
