We would like to know a little more on the AFE's 14 & 16 bit ADC reference and its performance over time.
If we can get some numbers on the precision of the ADC that would be immensely helpful.

The best information that we are able to provide lies in the datasheet on page 14 in the cell voltage accuracy settings.

The system level blocks of the Coulomb Counter  and the ADC are also detailed on the  Application note, SLUA775-Aug 2016( embedded Scheduler in cell Battery Monitor of the bq769x0)  in the bq769xo product/document folder.

As per performance overtime query, the d/s does ADC accuracy reflects only temp/voltage. The ADC accuracy does not reflect device "aging information".
