NOT WORKING

Dear Texas instrument,

I brought this instrument several days ago. I went through all the procedure to start my instrument and it got started but is not responding.

Instrument details:

EV2300, HPA002

The problem I am facing is that whenever I attach the battery with my PC board all the sections aren't filling. Sections such as standby current, average power and so on. I am not able to test my battery.

Hi Naman,
Could you please tell us what device you are using for this battery application, apart from the EV2300 communications interface?

I am testing lithium polymer battery in windows7. bq gas gauge evaluation software bq27545G1HDQ v2.24. please check the attachment, it will help you to understand better.

Hi Naman,
I am not very familiar with this device, but one of the following reasons might be causing this phenomenon:
1. Under the "options" menu please see if increasing the "Set Scan Interval..." to more than 10 seconds fixes this issue.
2. Please check to see if there is any intermittent connection with the cell, causing the device to reset.

Dear Swami,

Don't you guys provide any service in Delhi, India? I'm technically backward won't be able to fix this problem. What's the use of buying this instrument if I'm not able to operate it and getting good service.
