TPS54334EVM-722: TPS55334 EVM schematic and equation

Hello,

I have two questions with drawing schematic with TI's TPS54334DDA.

1.     Please explain the Vstart and Vstop at Equation 2,3 of 1.3.2 Adjustable UVLO’ from page 3 of attached ‘TPS54334_evm.pdf’ file.
2.     When I apply the above equation 2,3 to EVM schematic, then R1 , R2 value is differenent.
-       If Vstart = 4.1V, Vstop = 3.23V, then R1=220k, R2=124.9k
