Hi Tateo,

To measure gain and phase margin on the TPS61163A, insert a resistor between the diode (D1) and the output capacitor (C2).

Hi Tateo,

A resistor value of about 20 Ohms should work for this. The goal is to generate a 50mV to 100mV signal across the resistor, without significantly affecting the steady state operating point of the system. A 20-Ohm resistor at a 40mA load will add about 800mV to Vout. I think that would be okay. If less added voltage is desired, you may try a lower value resistor.
