Could you please tell me the max value for Minimum on-tome of TPS65320C-Q1?

In the datasheet, there is only a description for typical value for it. Thank you.

I couldn't find the minimum on time in our characterization data, so we may not have a min/max value for the parameter. Let me check with our team members next week, since many people are out for Christmas holiday. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Tak,

Quick update, I found one unit of data across temp showed that minimum on-time was 125ns at 125C (worst case temp). Could you let me know what conditions you are considering to use - Vin/Vout/frequency?

Vin= 16V, Vout=4.2V, Fsw= 2MHz, Ta=75C.
