TPS63020: E-cigarette Buck-Boost

I'm looking for recommendations for 5W and 10W buck-boost solutions for e-cigarette application powered from single cell li-ion

Outline of requirements:

Vin  = 3.0V..4.2V (single cell li-ion)

Pout = 5 or 10W (dynamically configurable)

Vout (case1)= 4.5V @2.25A

Vout  (case2)= 3.15V @3.15A

The best TI solution I've found is TPS63020. Any suggestions for alternatives? Any other ready solutions for this power range?

    We recently released the TPS63027, which can handle slightly more current than the TPS63020. It offers a smaller solution size, and has better efficiency.
    Is it a DC current requirement in both the cases? Is it worst case or nominal load value?
    What is the business opportunity?
