I'm looking for smallest (3x3, 2x2 or smaller) dc/dc converter IC (with integrated switch) that has to support following specification:
As the IC will be used for variable output volage and output currents is should have 1 adjustable output, min Iout 300mA to cover all scenarios, prefer fsw > 1MHz, efficiency for all scenarios grater than 80% if possible.
Vinmin =5V
Vinmax=12V
Vout= 1.2, 1.8, 2.8, 2.9, 3.3
Iout (1.2V) = 250mA
Iout(1.8V) =150mA
Iout(2.8V, 2.9V, 3.3V) = 150mA
2) If there is an IC with 3 DC/DC converters, that is also an solution if it meets the upper specification.
