Hi,
We have a few cases where the BQ76PL536As were damaged from an inductive kickback event. The bigger problem is that they all failed in a mode that keeps the some of the bleed resistors ON. This causes the depletion (destruction) of the associated battery cells. Has TI noted this failure mode and is there a way to mitigate this bleeding problem?
