Hello Team,
LM25117 (WQFN pkg) has 4 NC pins.
Can these pins be used to connect to ground plane?
As per datasheet, there is no electrical contact. Kindly confirm, that there is no connection to die from NC pin.
This will help us to provide thermal vias around device close to the device.
