Thank you for your measurement and waveform.

How many ohm is pull-up resistor of a FAULT terminal?
Can't this delay time be made a specification?
Because our customer want ro use this signal as a gate signar for isolation FET duaring fault condition.

Hi Kobayashi-san,

Fault pull up value is 10K ohm.
We can not make this a specification because that means it needs to tested in production test and that is a big change.

I have one more question.
Even when VIN_OVP is detected at a start-up, doesn't a FAULT terminal change during 100us?

Yes, fault response time should be similar for VIN OVP condition during startup.
