LM2775: EVM Layout Bottom Layer Cutout

The EVM layout for LM2775 shows an unexpected cutout on the bottom layer underneath the flying capacitor:

What is the purpose of this cutout? There is no mention of this is the datasheet layout guidelines.

Hi Phil,

Cutout is done to reduce coupling between large test points connected to flying capacitor nodes and ground plane. Size of the flying capacitor is much smaller compared to those test points.
